Love it! – Seconds Pro Interval Timer Review
I use this daily. My most recent timer is a circuit timer of planks, 30 sec on/10 sec off of the following: planks, knee-to-elbow plank, knee-to-forehead plank, knee-to-opposite elbow plank, side planks, and back bend. 1 minute break and repeat. I see significant improvement after only a week! This timer allows me to design my workout for the day based on my time available. It's awesome.
