Sneaky??? – Gas Cubby by Fuelly - MPG, Mileage & Fuel Economy Review

I opened this app for the second time to input vehicle specs. As soon as the app loaded I get an alert that Fuelly copied from the clip board. I was not even in a field to input data. Can this be explained? Is it allowed?
