Broken! Help!! – JoinDispatch Review

I was really excited to play this; looking at the reviews I thought it looked really fun and interesting. When I opened the app, it seemed normal until I got past the "syncing" and "please wait" parts. Everything started glitching out, the screen would bounce around with purple and green glitch lines, the buttons would glitch all over too. I don't know what to do, please help.
