I work at a CJDR dealer and this app didn’t refresh the trial subscription on a 2020 Jeep Wrangler – SiriusXM Dealer Review

I legitimately work for an automotive dealer group. At our store, I asked a rep from SiriusXM if our dealer was a participating dealer for this application and she said yes. I followed her instructions and any directions written in the app. I tried refreshing the signal on a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon on the lot twice. First by scanning the VIN barcode, second by typing in the Radio ID. Both times, the application said our attempt was successful, however, it was not successful. We were unable to listen to SiriusXM Radio. Maybe this doesn’t work with Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram products. Maybe it doesn’t work at all! The Wrangler we used had the 8.4” screen with Uconnect 4C with Nav. Any advice?
