Cost me €55 – Ryanair Review

Couldn’t finish check in. Forced to pay 55 euros at the counter. I’m still having recurring problems with the log-in and retrieval of reservations. These types of problems aren’t unique to Ryanair but it’s not right to blame the customer for issues outside his own control. Terrible company, terrible app. Ruthless customer service. There ought to be a law against this. Totally dishonest business model. Never using Ryanair again wherever there is an alternative available.
