Horrible customer service

Due to the corona virus, all flights were suspended. I messaged all I could but there was no response concerning refund. Finally, the refund option came up but each time you clicked, it wrote error. There was absolutely no refund and it was a cancelled flight.

My flight got cancelled due to coronavirus and I was offered an option to claim a full refund. That’s great, but the app breaks every single time when I click the “Get a refund” button.

The worst service ,because of this stupid company i lost $800,I’m moroccan with a usa visa,this company didn’t let me get in my flight from Marrakech that’s going to spain then i had an other flight to new york ,they said that I’ll get to spain and stay there,where the f...ck the logic in here i have a usa visa to come to my wife,what I’m gonna do in spain sleep in the streets and big for money,then i had to buy 2 tickets with air France for $800 right away to catch the flight from new york

Factura con IVA

Todo funciona muy bien excepto de la factura con IVA. Cuando pones el número CIF de la empresa en la casilla Número de IVA en el formato B97123456 o ESB97123456 (usando las letras y números) el sistema no lo reconoce diciendo que no se puede usar los signos especiales y no te deja continuar.

I like Ryanair when I was little I leave in Europe and my parents didn’t have enough money so the only cheaper prices were in Ryanair,So Ryanair has a special place in my heart

Paid $60 for checking in at Airport. $180 for 3 tickets. They don’t tell you at booking that you will pay to get your boarding pass or email you to check in. No digital check in kiosks. Then paid $30 for my carry on which had no extra weight just to take with me at plane.

Horrible airline, they try to charge you unnecessary for fees at the airport. Have to use them because it’s the only option I have.
