Great, great app! – RECalc Mortgage Calculator Review

This is really fantastic for what it does. It calculates monthly payments (or can back into any of the other terms) instantly! No only that, one click away and it shows you the full monthly amortization table! If it had just one more feature, it will earn the full 5 stars from me. If there was a future value (FV) key like on the HP12C, then this would be incredibly powerful for calculating IRRs. And not only that, I could basically chuck my HP12C because this works faster and since I always have my phone on me, it's a much better solution. The layout and usability are perfect. If you have ever used a financial calculator (or a regular calculator for that matter), this will be a breeze to use.
