The customer service started out great then longer and longer to acknowledge. The games themselves are great and I’ve had multiple big wins. It’s been hit or miss with 24 hour coin upgrades as indicated on email replys. Customer service responds are taking 3-4 days. Sometimes that’s a real problem.
