I played this app because they got some of my favorite game in the casino. But this is worst than casino. For 3 days I bought 4 packages of coins $99.00 each and some promo but you will never win. My last one , it didn’t last 30 minutes. When you spin for a daily well, it will give to lowest prize. Super ugly:(((

The customer service started out great then longer and longer to acknowledge. The games themselves are great and I’ve had multiple big wins. It’s been hit or miss with 24 hour coin upgrades as indicated on email replys. Customer service responds are taking 3-4 days. Sometimes that’s a real problem.

Recent Game Update

Since I did the latest game update, I am no longer able to load into the game. It just loads and loads on the loading screen but never actually gets into the game. I really don’t want to delete it and reinstall, because I will lose all of my money. Please help!!
