Remote control and scrolling stops – PromptSmart Pro - Teleprompter Review

Still awaiting response - scroll simply stops at times. Can’t figure out why. More importantly, I cannot get the remote control to work. Paid for upgrade and extension but it doesn’t work. Says to connect to my local network which I have.
