Obscure definitions for basic words – Character Flashcards 5k - Learn 99.9% Chinese Characters with PinyinTutor.com Review

The app itself is great, really functional. Unfortunately they used secondary or tertiary definitions for some really basic words, and totally failed to include the primary definitions. Words like 的 ("of", defined as "aim"), 吃 ("eat", defined as "stammer"), 好 ("good", defined as "fond of"). So ... 好吃的 "tasty" comes out to mean something like "enjoy stammering at".
