Amazing game but problem with in app purchases – Shadow of Death: Fighting Game Review

Just today I decided to buy the “unlock all characters” pack but when I bought it it just sat there loading and I never got what I bought the app charges me for what I bought yet it doesn’t give me the characters please fix this!
