Purchase failed – Shadow of Death: Fighting Game Review

This is a really fun game. When I first got it I was hooked. Then I started buying items and sometimes it says “purchase failed”. I actually thought it meant purchase failed until I checked my bank account statement and it says that it was charged. I go back to the game and I have the same crystals. It charged my card but I didn’t receive anything. What do I do? I was also looking for the “restore purchases” button but it’s not there. Please fix it.
