Not reliable – Zipwhip Text Messaging Review

This is the least-favorite of my must-have apps, the only one that connects with my Frontier work landline. Texts often won’t send whether there’s a strong WiFi signal or using my data. The laptop version works ok (though ugly to look at) but the iPhone app is just not good. I often have to wait 10 to 15 seconds to see if the message sent. I have found one work around that works maybe 90% of the time, and that is taking a screenshot of the message that won’t send and then sending that. Looks odd to the receiver of the text no doubt but it saves me from sending an email which would totally disrupt the conversation flow. I am hoping they continue to work on improvements to this.
