Impossible to reset the password – BlueCare Anywhere Review

I try to reset the password but I never get the email with the reset password link. The app provides a support phone number, but when I call they don’t know anything about the app lol. My kid is sick and I can’t use the app to see a doctor because I forgot the password and there is no way I can reset it.
