Beware!! They will just send you to an urgent care and still charge you $49 then you still have to pay for urgent care. This is such a scam! Don’t waste your money go to a real doctor.
Convenient, quick and right on the money

First time using a virtual clinic and would do it again. Was in a time crunch due to upcoming travel and knew going to the clinic’s Same Day clinic would take more time than I had and cost more money. The doctor I had was very professional, personable and quickly diagnosed the issue, wrote the prescription and gave some other care recommendations in case it continued. Even found out we grew up about 15 miles away from each other but he went to the rival university.

It was great. It took a few minutes and I felt the doctor was knowledgable. What took me five minutes would have taken probably an hour or more.
Convenient, Quick, And AFFORDABLE

This was my first time using BlueCare anywhere, or any online doctor for that matter. I wish I would have tried it sooner, as this was such a convenience for my family. My daughter has pink eye, which is easily diagnosed and treated, but a prescription for eye drops is needed from a doctor. Something that can take an hour+ just took 10 minutes! Amazing!
App crashes constantly

Just downloaded today, I have not been able To use as every tab I go into, including just reviewing my account info, the app crashes. Doesn’t seem ready for GA

Today I had my very first virtual doctor visit. I was extremely hesitant; however I am so glad I went through with it. It was very easy to use. The doctor was extremely professional and friendly! Would of spent twice as much in both time and money if I would of gone to urgent care. I woke up having bad UTI symptoms and the last thing I wanted was to go sit in a waiting area. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

My wife got kicked out 4 times as she was trying to use this app. 2 hours of trying only to be bumped again and again! Don’t bother using this app as it does not work!!
