UGH – OfficeSuite docs & PDF editor Review

Customer support is non-existent. The conversion from PDF to docx doesn’t work. It literally says “Please take a minute to review our online support topics at the web site Support section. If you are not able to find an answer to your question , submit a support ticket.” THEN, they give you no way to submit a support ticket.
