Long time customer.
Customer support is non-existent. The conversion from PDF to docx doesn’t work. It literally says “Please take a minute to review our online support topics at the web site Support section. If you are not able to find an answer to your question , submit a support ticket.” THEN, they give you no way to submit a support ticket.

Need little improvement with pencil

I’m working with an iPad Pro 10.5” and Apple Pencil 1st gen. I find that I cannot delete contents with the pencil while editing an xlsx file. That feels terrible!!!
