Loss of reward – Fivestars Review

I earned a $20 reward and it doesn’t show up in the app, I got the text and I still have it but when I went to the store, it wasn’t available for me to use or in their system. In fact, I was now over $300 hundred dollars away from earning this $20 reward. I have the text saying I have a $20 reward and credit card statements to prove I spent the money to earn this reward but I can’t use it. They don’t even allow you to see your points earning history or usage in the app, just the total points you currently have. I’m at a loss for words. Wow..
