Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. GPS isn’t run in the background unless you have turned on automatic check in at participating locations. When automatic check in is turned on we use the GPS for just enough time to check you in.

I earned a $20 reward and it doesn’t show up in the app, I got the text and I still have it but when I went to the store, it wasn’t available for me to use or in their system. In fact, I was now over $300 hundred dollars away from earning this $20 reward. I have the text saying I have a $20 reward and credit card statements to prove I spent the money to earn this reward but I can’t use it. They don’t even allow you to see your points earning history or usage in the app, just the total points you currently have. I’m at a loss for words. Wow..

As a small business owner my advice to you is: RUN AWAY. This company has over-billed my small business, in a shady, underhanded way, to where they have effectively forced me to close my doors. All this during COVID-19, and a disastrous weather incident in my region. They DO NOT care about the businesses that they are pretending to “help”. As consumers, I would urge you to avoid this app, and this company, as they are hurting small business!!

Bluetooth not working

Fivestars is supposed to connect via Bluetooth to the merchant’s tablet. This would not require the customer to enter their phone number on the store’s tablet. However, this does not seem to work at any participating store I visit. Perhaps this is a feature that the store needs to enable on the tablet.

Went in for the first time after seeing the moving sign and the young lady Yvonne was quick to get me what I wanted for back pain and pain in general one dab of the of the CBD Sun Med on my hand and felt it just a bit goes a long way and the 2 year shelf life was a plus!

This app used to work just fine but recently it does not work at all. Customer service support is unavailable most of the time. Unable to receive rewards or new notifications of special offers. Unable to delete the account. Completely useless as of late. The company does not seem to care about addressing the issues or even updating the app. Disappointed.
