Don’t listen to what clients want – Adore Me Designer Lingerie Review
I hate to write bad reviews. I never do but when a company has issues it is called for. First order took over a month, I was very happy with what I received. Then I found out they pulled money out of my account without consent and signed me up for VIP status. I decided this was fine and would order more. Then cancel my membership. I called customers service to ask about what I wanted to order then found out you have to purchase the set. I ordered the set then waited a month to get an email saying the item I wanted was not available and they would give me in-store credit for what I won’t receive . I tried canceling my order and they won’t let me. Therefore I believe if customers service won’t work with there clients, clients should be warned.
I will be returning the order and boycotting adore until they choose to try and please clients.
