Read the other reviews and don’t bother with this app – Lock & Alert Review

The process for getting an account is terrible. I understand they have a responsibility to protect our privacy, but nothing about the app or the onboarding process is intuitive. As many others have pointed out, this process eventually required a phone call where the “solution” was to sign up for a myEquifax account. Pure nonsense and incredibly frustrating. In the end, the person I spoke with said he deals with angry callers about this daily, but then said something to the effect that “it’s a free app, so I should only expect so much”. It was a terrible experience all around.
