Really good, but support issue – Castaway Paradise Town Builder Review

It's a super fun game but I wish it was easier to earn money. I also purchased a vip subscription and for whatever reason the game just won’t register that I have one. I wish it was easier to contact customer support from their website, but so far I haven’t been able to find a link to actually contact them.
