Will NOT start (run) when plugged in – EyeTV Mobile - Watch Live TV Review

I am trying everything to try and get this "thing" to recognize the Free EyeTV Mobile app on a third generation iPad. So far it always gets to the point of waiting for this thing to connect to that app and stops… Unless there is a fix in the next couple of days… back it goes! Too bad...
