Error Message – Swirl - Time Capsule Messenger Review

I can’t really rate the actual content itself since I can’t get past the sign up process. When I try it just says “Network request failed from SEND_USER.” Don’t really know what that means. Don’t really know if it’s a bug on my end or on the app.
