Sync problem – DragonBreed for DragonVale Review

I have used this app for 6 years & have loved it, always giving 5 stars. It is Even better by paying $0.99 to eliminate ads. A very fair price. I was able to restore my purchase on my new iPad. My problem: When I transferred to the new iPad only the data for this one app did not transfer. I would prefer to address this privately & not air it here but I don’t see another way to do this. I sign in via Facebook but the data still does not appear on my new iPad. The 2 stars is for difficulty reporting the problem and for not having a “help” option, and for not providing a sign in function that loads data.
