As a former college and professional athlete this app is the closest thing to have a certified trainer.
Pros
-The extras: Dynamic warm ups, finishers, prehab, agility drills, and conditioning program.
-Takes the guess work out of what weights to use for workouts by assigning weight
-Periodization: this app will help you avoid under or over training by assigning low and high rep periods
-Researched based workouts. Exercises are always evolving and this app will provide you with classics but also present up to date exercises as well.
Cons:
-Need to add something to motivate users. Other apps have more to offer in terms of motivation
-It would be nice if they had macro recommendations based on weight and fitness goals. After all diet is 80% of results in most cases
