DO NOT BOOK WITH PRICELINE – Priceline - Hotel, Car, Flight Review

As a warning to all, do not book a hotel with Priceline unless you want to be stranded without a hotel that you had previously booked. I booked a stay in Moab, Utah and when I went to check in I was informed that I would not be able to check in because my credit card on file had declined. There was already a charge on my card so there is no way that this was possible. Priceline was no help at all, and took over three hours to even attempt to solve this issue. They did not honor my request for a refund even though the product was not given to me.
