Poor service – Zillow Real Estate & Rentals Review

I guess it’s because they want paid listings because they don’t seem to care about “for sale by owners” anymore. I tried to list a house and was told it might take up to 72 hours to get it published. It’s now been 8 days. I’ve tried to send messages and evened called customer service. The recording said I would get a call back within 5 days. Nope, that was 5 days ago, still nothing. Service doesn’t get much poorer than this. Definitely wouldn’t recommend wasting your time and energy.
