confused – Bitmoji Review

i love this app and think it’s really fun and cool so i have tried making my own bitmoji mannnyyyyy times but it ALWAYS says “no internet, try again” even when my internet connection is strong, so sadly i can’t make a bitmoji, which i really want. i don’t know what the problem is and none of my friends have the problem- just me. :/
