Never book Priceline – Priceline - Hotel, Car, Flight Review

One star is a lot! This has been by far my worst experience. I will never book with priceline and I’ll make sure to tell all my friends and write bad reviews and the names and photos of conversation times frames I was holding for before someone can get on the line and not help me. A complete waste of time. I was offered a flight from Newark to st Thomas for a hotel in tortula and an additional Flight has to be purchased. Priceline never told me anything !!! I had no recognition. Now I’m left with no hotel options in st Thomas! My vacation is ruined and I’m so sad!!!! Im so upset! I have to wait 3-5 business days for them to review my claim to see if they can credit me back for a hotel I can’t get to because it’s in tortula island!! So disgusted with Priceline. I’ve called multiple times and I’ve been blame for this mistake meanwhile they offered me this pkg.?!!! Thanks for a bad vacation. -- *AB*
