Needs some fixes – neu.Annotate+ PDF Review

Couple things: app crashes all the time. And when attempting to enter text it will easily revert back into handwriting and that causes a lot of delay. I just wanted to fill out a one-page document but not worth my time to battle the app. I'll wait for some fixes. Probably an okay app for viewing and other functionality.
