Customer Service – Hopper: Flights, Hotels & Cars Review

I have reached out to customer service now 3 times requesting assistance with a flight that was cancelled due to COVID-19. I bought flight insurance, but now I don’t know why I did this if I can’t use it...The fact that they don’t have a phone number/reliable means of communication is the reason for my two stars.
