Worst customer service – Fidelity Investments Review

Tried opening a 401k and found a previous account from my old job. I called their CS for help as I no longer had access to the email to retrieve my password. The service representatives were too busy talking and joking with each other to help, for three hours... I must have been redirected to the 401k group 3-4 times. Eventually I had to leave, they said they were “too busy anyway”. They gave me a number to call later, I called the next day and it was the same
