Engaged and Indebted – Headspace: Sleep & Meditation Review

This is a great compliment to Headspace and also my mom who introduced me to this app with a subscription almost three years ago. I did meditate in college but since I’ve lost my marriage, I needed to focus more on myself and this is such an easy way to do that daily practice until I have more time on my hands after my second wedding! So thank you for the money videos because they’ve got me thinking through my purchases right now and why I feel so dejected after losing my job this year.
