Getting worse – Amazon Alexa Review

I have been using Alexa devices for quite a while. Overall, the experience is getting worse. Looking at the skills I want to use - typically rated 2 stars or less. Fix what you have versus keep adding more unreliable functions. Disable, enable, doesn’t matter. Poor interface with home automation devices (switches, Roomba, etc). You need to have the exact version of magic words and maybe it might work. Music is the only things that is consistently reliable.
