Never refunded for flight from almost a year ago – Hopper: Flights, Hotels & Cars Review

I had booked a trip for March 2020 to Canada. Because of covid, the flight was canceled by the airline. I have been trying for literally almost a year to get a refund or even some response from Hopper. Using their messaging system on the app, it always gives an automated message saying to expect a response is 24 hrs but I have never gotten a single response. Extremely disappointed with this poor customer service.
