PayPal reimbursement for product misrepresentation – PayPal - Send, Shop, Manage Review

I thought I was purchasing a 12 inch x18 inch German clock with 3 D moving figures. What I got was a 4 inch square clock with thin cutout non moving figures with a printout glued to the front. PayPal gave me a full refund including shipping with very little hassle. I use it for most internet purchases.
