Customer service – Fidelity Investments Review
Worst customer service. Have been on hold for way over an hour to get a representative that needed to transfer me to an higher level representative as he doesn’t understand why the changes requested were not done for over a week. Now I’m on hold already for half an hour and praying not to get disconnected and being able to resolve my issues.
They don’t provide options for emails, chats or call back so you are up to their mercy to answer you.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
