If I could give it zero stars I would the ad flat out lies like you learn what you need from what you just bought (LIE). You HAVE TO KEEP BUYING AND BUYING NO ONE SHOWS YOU CARB CYCLING AS STATED!!!!!! It’s just a bunch of lie after pushing supplements and more programs without teaching you anything also with improper form
