Works great! – Waze Navigation & Live Traffic Review

I love this navigation app. Also, my parents are getting older and neither of them feel comfortable driving on the highway anymore. After much prompting from my brother and me they are able to use Waze with the ‘avoid highways’ setting to get to doctors appointments that are up to 25 mile away. Another feature that I wasn’t sure of at first: the app reroutes you in real time based upon traffic. At first I thought that it was glitching out on me, directing me off of the interstate to country roads between cities. I no longer question this as it is invariably steering one clear of standstill traffic related to a newsworthy crash rendering the freeway a parking lot. It also alerts to road hazards and other things that I won’t mention but that you will find useful.
