Won’t link accounts so can’t buy stock – Fidelity Investments Review

I have been having a problem with linking my bank account with the app for the past month. I have tried everything. I have tried calling their 1-800 number and hung up every time because each time I have been on hold for 1 hour. I am unable to purchase anything because it says I have no money in my account. I have sent in the proper documents and I am still having issues. I have been suggested this app by many people and even they are unable to help me.
