App formatting needs update – CNN: Breaking US & World News Review

I have the iPhone mini 12 and the CNN app is not for Formatted to it: it does not use the whole screen real estate. Also even if I change font size on the phone it does not change in the app and there is no font setting in the app. And last but not least it does not accept dark mode. To be honest, the whole experience is such a downer that I now use other news app. When will you fix the problems?
