Criminal company, amazingly incompetent customer service – Intoxalock Review

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They literally steal money from you via their astonishing incompetence and apathy. Their non-functioning unit stays on when you are not even in the car asking for breath samples which of course you cannot give because you are not aware or even in the car. So then you get a lockout and they extort/steal $75 from you to get use of your own car again. Almost impossible to get thru to customer service and when you do they are rude, condescending and poorly trained and unsupervised. Half the time the hang up on you or put you on an indefinite hold for 45-60 minutes until you hang up and leave them alone. It is absolutely stunning that various states do business with this highly unscrupulous and thieving vendor. Stay away from this absolute nightmare company at all costs.
