Scam, once you deposit in you lose money forever – Monero Wallet by Freewallet Review

This app tricks you into sending bitcoin and other currencies in in order to exchange to monero, but there is no exchange, you lose your money forever, I tried contacting support this is what they said Hello, We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Your exchange operation has been failed at the end of our exchange partner. We've submitted the request for a refund accordingly. We will keep you updated on the matter. Its been 5 days and no money was returned to me nor any response after this email, I am now certainly believe this app is an exit scam, do not believe whatever they have to say in the comment to my review, that will be their last pathetic attempt to get as many people to use their “service” and get as much money as possible for the last time before they pull an exit scam.
