Racist and rude awful customer service – FOREX.com Review

I called customer service trying to get back into my account. I explained that my account seems to have been hacked. I explained that over and over and over...as the first rep I spoke to treated me like I was the hacker. Waiting on hold for over 20 minutes for the phone to “disconnect” called back explained the situation over was treated as if I couldn’t possibly have a single brain cell. Finally we get to the point that the agent gets what I have been saying. The rep tells me I have you information here. She proceeded to give me the wrong number. She spoke over me, ignored me and and repeatedly ignore my request for her employee number. She then proceeded to ask me for more sensitive information. I responded by explaining that after she got my number completely wrong, then asked me “what is your number” that I didn’t feel comfortable giving my full social. She says well a supervisor will call you later. I said ok can I have the full name of who will be calling and when can I expect a call? Understandably, I’m leery of discussing things over the phone she was extremely nasty about me asking for the name of who would be calling me. Extremely condescending. I explain to her how it’s coming off is making me uneasy she can’t give me a clear time and a name of who is calling to get my sensitive information. I felt attacked as she was nasty answering all my question. Awful!
