I am irritated!!!! – Apple Store Review

I use an iPhone 6 plus. Love my phone, but, starting to dislike Apple. The app tell me that I can not use or update it because my operating system is not up to date? It was just updated to the newest update available last weekend!! The 13.whatever is not available for this phone? So now, I guess I am supposed to drop $1000 plus for a newer phone when this one is in excellent condition, works great, and has been paid for for years!! I am not on government assistance and still work for a living while the assistance folks can get a new phone every year at least. Apple, stop pissing off customers you have had since the iPhone 3 came out!! I think you are making a big mistake with this one!!!!
