Hoopla support could be more helpful. – hoopla Digital Review

I have pasted the response I got from Hoopla regarding the app not working with ebooks on my new iPhone se 2020. I had the same problem with my old phone, and had hoped the new one would resolve the issue. I can read ebooks with Libby or Kindle, or even Hoopla on my iPad or PowerBook. I suggested they contact Apple, but this is what they sent me, and they want to know the title, as if the issue related to only this ebook. I wonder if anyone else has had this problem. The solution they suggest is way too complicated and maybe risky for me. It’s still a good app, for sure! If you could please try to clear the cache for your device, check your device for software updates, delete any applications and or files you're no longer using, power cycle your router, and uninstall/reboot device/reinstall hoopla this could help!
