No customer service/not honoring refunds – Hopper: Flights, Hotels & Cars Review

Flights cancelled due to COVID. Worked with airline to provide refund through Hopper. Hopper has not responded to multiple contacts and has not refunded over $1,000 they received from airline despite promises posted on app. Your money is not safe. Stay away. Z-M1DEZYO73
