Great but... – Southwest Airlines Review

Love booking via app but when getting to payment, it won’t find the refunds in my account. I have to get out of booking flight, go to account to find available funds, find the confirmation numbers, write them down and then do booking all over to enter refund confirmation numbers when purchasing. Hope this gets fixed.
